So firstly, in MY OPINION, the set with "breathe, focus on, and happiness" is the better set. Smell wise, these are a little more bearable and fit the feeling of what they say they help with.Although, the smells seem to combine after awhile and I can't tell them apart. They make me feel nice at first but I can't put them anywhere near my face because its so overwhelming. (I put them on my wrists)As for the other set, I feel the "balance and sleep" scents are VERY terrible and also smell very similar.They smell like a mixture of black licorice and gasoline. Barf! I had to throw them away.Stress isn't so bad but again I wouldn't rub near my neck or behind the ear, its just too much.OVERALL I think the smells are way too strong and almost metallic smelling. They almost make me feel sick or would definitly give me headaches. I wouldn't recommend as a gift and spend money elsewhere.
