I draw a lot and have an old shoulder injury. When it comes to painting ceilings and taller walls, I want the roller extension to be as light as possible so I can work longer while painting. This little one is primarily adorable, but it's the lightest thing I've ever used. It stretches 3 feet, which at 5 feet tall is far enough to reach a standard ceiling. It's lightweight, very easy to expand, just flipping switches to open it. Can't beat the price, I'll be getting another one so my husband won't have an excuse not to help paint. It made an ominous creaking noise when I pressed hard on the connection as I tested it. Hence one star less for durability, but I painted our entire bathroom last night and I'm in love.
