UPDATE: plug still clean and tight after 2 years! This works exactly as advertised. Very easy to use, a lot of dirt comes out of the seal. I don't know if the leak has been fixed yet, but even if it hasn't, Seal Doctor did his job and cleaned up the mess. I was very hesitant because of the price, but now I have no hesitation in recommending it for cleaning fork seals. It pulled out a lot more dirt than the plastic sheets I've tried before. It's so easy to slide, twist and pull out the trash. I tried the SealMate first, which bent and broke before I could complete a turn. The piece of plastic wrap I had lying around did a better job and actually made the seal stop leaking after a lot of tedious pressing and twisting.
