After both my Plantronics headsets broke after just a year (5200 and Voyager) I was looking for an inexpensive replacement that would work and last just as long. Of course, the caller's name isn't announced, but it doesn't matter. After buying some test headsets I came across this one. and did not disappoint at all! The range is the same as my Plantronics headset, the sound quality both ways was the same as my Plantronics headset and the noise cancellation was as good as people say! I am sooooo pleasantly surprised by this little headset. No, the caller's name has not yet been released. but I'll take a look at my phone's settings to see if I need to tweak anything. Battery life is good, no complaints from my side. Just remember where you last placed it as it is so small it can get lost. like before :-) But overall at this price point I'm sooooo happy that this headset works like one of the known brands! Thank you Angtila for a great product.
