Have had it for 1 week and use it almost every day, the design is modern, small and fits snugly in my ear without an earhook. I would use an earhook if I move around a lot. The sound is good but there are still a couple of issues: It doesn't sync with my Android so adjusting the volume can be a hassle (sometimes on the phone, sometimes on the phone). And it's pure coincidence that works. It turns on automatically when you disconnect it from the charger. So if you don't plan on using it right away and forget about that "feature" and don't turn it off, you'll end up with a dead battery when you get it up and running again. . After both my Plantronics headsets broke after just a year (5200 and Voyager) I was looking for an inexpensive replacement that would work and last just as long. This is a good Bluetooth for the price, I don't think you can find anything better at this price. Pairing was very easy, the easiest connection I've ever had via Bluetooth and I've had some expensive connections in the past. Audio clarity is great, but noise-cancellation hasn't been tested yet, but the battery works well and charges quickly.
