I received these needles and fell in love with them immediately. I like long, pointy ends for all knitting, not just lace. They have just the right "smoothness". Seams slip off easily but stay in place when you put your work down. There was a problem. Sizes start at 4 and should go up to 11. My needles started at a 4 but they skipped a size 5, went to a 10, then a 10.5, then a 13. But when I contacted the seller, she didn't even hesitate, she tip I have a size 5 and I leave a size 13 , which I think is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The cords for these needles do not twist and they have a lifeline hole that you can use to thread your work, so you don't have to rip everything out. Final word these are the best needles I have ever had and I will be buying them again from this Addpower brand (seller). UPDATE: I received size 5 tips in record time. She must have sent them the same day we spoke! She even included a set of 5 stitch markers! This seller is amazing and the product is the best needles I have.
