pieces were missing.

It took me a minute to install because I had to find someone who could do it. It was in the box, not opened until we started installing it. During installation we found that parts were missing: a pair of screws for the inside; and a fork that goes at the end. And the two screws that came with it don't fit! I will never buy anything from this company again!
