It is NOT 100% cotton
Label says 100% cotton. That's a lie. It definitely contains plastic/polyfiber. If you look under a magnifying glass you can jumble fibers of all colors - like this yarn is from old clothes, yarn or whatever. In addition, it is an ordinary cord with an off-white color.
