Review on DeskRoll Remote Desktop by Kevin Mariappan

It's easy for us administrators as we can easily manage all of our user accounts remotely through this application! This is definitely one tool that I wish was available when my organization first started using computers at home instead of in an office setting because it has been very useful since then. Not much so far but maybe just getting used to how everything works with RDP (remote desktop porgram). Make sure you get good customer support if there are any issues after purchase otherwise your solution will not function properly which could be frustrating. Our IT department no longer needs physical access to each computer they need to manage. There have always been problems connecting to other servers but now that those seem to be solved, the benefits outweigh these few minor inconveniences.
