So overall a good product. The build quality is okay and the price is low. However, I read several reviews where components either failed or broke. Just wanted to say that I have enough experience with these cast metal products to know that there is always a risk of stripping screws, breaking the body, or both ONLY if you use excessive force. On the one I just bought, I noticed that when I applied pressure, the small Allen key came loose. I immediately took my heavier metal hex wrench and tightened it as tight as I could without over-tightening. It would be helpful if the instructions had a *warning* about over tightening, but this is from China, don't expect too much. However, I'm glad it's secure and the two plastic inserts are installed correctly. One day I will check if there is a game. another small problem. The bar, once tightened, only gives you vertical up and down movements. it rotates side to side, but only in a radius, tilting the phone too far left or right. However, you can adjust the angle before final tightening. It's not that big of a deal unless you're too picky about ultra-precise placement.
