Small and big problems, but overall great board

I bought this mainboard as an upgrade for my processor partner Ryzen 3600, commissioning and installation went smoothly. *** Before the second RAM, the slot just died. I don't know what to say but slot 1 and 3 worked fine but since slot 1 died for no reason I had to reinstall the cooler which is not a problem. Only the RAM slot on the NEW mainboard DEAD after 20 minutes of operation. I've found that when both sticks and the system were only at 1, I tested 1 stick in the 4th slot with no problem. The amber O LED for RAM is very important. Thanks Asus, that helped, but your book doesn't say anything about troubleshooting. ***In addition to the 1 hour fix for a brand new issue I've never encountered on new hardware. The system is damn fast. I can only give 1 star because overall the features on the board are nice. Armory Crate's network drivers are very handy. The already connected I/O shield is the best gigabyte ever. No WiFi is bad, but it's good that there are x1 slots for WiFi cards. Very rigid board and no issues with any of the pins for the fan or USB headers.
