Not for beginners best in my review
This product was touted as the product like the one used in Leslie Sansone videos. I am not a beginner to exercise and have been working out for more than a year at least 5 times per week. This product is for someone with a lot of arm strength. Even at the least challenging handles, this was really resistant. I might recommend for a man with good upper arm strength, but as a woman who strength trains a few times a week, this was too resistant.
- I've been using this with the Walk at home workouts. It's perfect for an arm workout!
- The product may not be suitable for users seeking to target specific muscle groups
