Keeps water out and keeps water in

Looks cool, works in the sun, but during a waterlogged storm you'll need more drainage holes or some sort of rubber grommet for a better seal. They block the sun. My floorstanding speakers are waterproof, I just don't know how waterproof. Big storms, if you don't check often they will fill you up.
