Item arrived on time and I drilled out the rivets and installed #8 1/2" bolts and nuts. With the nuts on the inside and the bolt heads on the outside I tighten the bolts that much as I can. When I tested it, it worked at first, but then it wouldn't unlock. I messaged the seller at PremiumpartsWhosale and he responded very quickly. PremiumpartsWhosale approved my refund request. Later I found that that my dome light was on during the repair and the battery was dead.After charging the battery the locking mechanism worked very well.5 stars for the product as it was my fault for not noticing the dome light turned on during the installation and the product was NOT defective 5 stars to PremiumpartsWho Sale for approving my refund request age, although I don't need them. I canceled my refund request and wrote this review.
