Review on 👔 Men's Leather Architect Blocking Bifold Wallet - Essential Accessories for Style and Security by Jaye Cleveland

Men's leather architect wallet made of high quality leather, soft and pleasant to the touch. I personally can't stand faux leather so I try my best to find good quality leather. The reason for my 3 star rating is that it is very thin. This makes it flimsy, but the wallet looks a lot less solid than most leather wallets and my husband expressed concern that they wouldn't last very long. Since he just moved his cards etc, hopefully we won't find out for a while. We're concerned about the skin's thinness, especially around the edges. I can see it getting shabby very quickly. I'll update my review over time as I may be wrong on these things, but the fact is the leather is a lot thinner than any leather wallet I've seen. I also didn't like polyester linings, preferring natural fiber linings, especially on leather items. The 3 star rating is given in comparison to other leather wallets, not wallets in general. The wallet is big but thin. Holds quite a bit but takes up more room in the bag. My husband kept it next to the wallet he carried for years and it was 30% larger. The size of his old wallet is almost what I would call typical. The Architect Wallet is bigger and thinner. This is an RFID blocking wallet and this aspect has not been tested. although I'm not sure what that would have been like if nothing unfortunate had happened and safety hadn't been compromised. I'm sure he won't bother checking. Many RFID blocking wallets I've seen use a credit card (or slightly longer) panel, some of which are removable. In the Architect, the wallet is built in and thin too. This gives the wallet a little crunch. Overall, this is an inexpensive but very average men's leather wallet. The skin is soft but thin. The construction is good but it looks like it's going to have wear and tear on the edges which can compromise integrity in fairly short order. The lining is polyester which makes it a bit cheap in my opinion. I will update this review over time, rating it up if the leather isn't showing a lot of wear and downgrading if it is.
