I like that they are always looking to improve themselves; it's not just "we're doing this because we have done similar work in other industries." They really want you (the client) happy with what is being delivered as well! When working together there were many times when my team would ask questions about how something could be improved or better executed - which was met by some very constructive feedback from our DIGITAL CREATIVE VISIONARIES partner who had already been thinking along those lines himself but hadn't shared them yet so he'd give us his thoughts.
