The software is terrible
The hardware seems pretty good when it works. The software is a bunch of third party junk. The manual is hard to understand and the constant stream of errors with no support to fix them is very frustrating. When I'm working on my iPhone, the PC app tells me there's no connection. set up as a second computer with software, exactly the same settings, goes for a while and then stops again. ANNKE, find a new software supplier.
