These actually provide shade

I personally used this product on my hard hat for masonary work. It is very light weight. it also attaches to the hard hat easily. It provides shade and sun protection. I liked that they had a pocket on the drape of the hard hat ring, So that you could fold it up for storage. This is great for when you're on the job and need to just quickly fold it and put it away.
