Review on ProMES by Rud Starks

The best thing about this software was its user interface which was easy for me as an admin to use and it has helped in building trust among my employees.

I would like to see more features such as automated reporting, integrated with other tools in order to be able to track everything from one window. This tool helps us to build trust between our team members by giving them regular opportunities of sharing ideas through online discussion forums. It also gives all employees access to relevant information regarding KPIs and goals at any point in time.
