I am really not satisfied with this product. I bought this to train my new American Leopard Hound puppy. I followed all the instructions and the shock stimulation had no effect even on my pup. Even if the settings are set to 99. I think this will definitely get their attention. I usually use Garmin Sport collars on my full size Beagles and they work great but they are way too big for a 20 lb pup. That's why I bought this collar for my puppy. The LED indicator that comes with the collar will light up when you touch the wires to the collar's contacts. It just doesn't work for her. I am extremely disappointed. I guess I'll just have to wait until she's grown up and then buy her a Garmin tracking collar.
