I like that they are very quick at getting back, even if it takes longer than expected (which has happened).
They also have great customer service! It would helpful for them to give more detail about what exactly their process entails from beginning-to-end when you first contact someone through chat or email. As of now there isn't much information given out since everything seems pretty general in nature -- no specific steps/instructions as far as how things should go once your account gets approved by them. My main issue was not being able to get my business set up correctly after receiving approval but having multiple people tell me different ways to do this which made communication difficult between myself and other team members who were helping setup accounts.
