Shakra has a narrow and flat heel counter, which is also very delicate and soft. It's mostly okay if I get my heel hooked on the toe by rotating the boot sideways, but it hurts a lot if I get my heel hooked on a bulky toe or volume trying to stand up. I also find it difficult to hook my heel on small rooftop holds due to heel flexing. The texture and profile of the rubber on the toe box is great. There is a slight bulge at the knuckles of the big toe and this helps when you reach out and try to hook the toe with just the toe of the boot.
