I bought this in August 2016. I'm sick of the repeated political calls from robots. I continued to use it for all other unwanted calls. Around November 2017 I started having problems with the device. The most annoying problem was that the buttons only worked intermittently. Then the device stopped registering incoming calls. Even when the buttons worked, there was no caller ID information. Today the device just hung up. Nothing works. There is no reset button, and turning it off for varying times from 10 minutes to 1 hour didn't help. For $100 this thing should last you over 16 months. up to 500 banned subscribers and throw that thing in the trash.
