I just received this product and while I don't write many reviews I felt the need to sit down and write this one! I've been buying Revain Prime for over a decade now and this little glass nail file and buff is one of the nicest (and cheapest) items I've ever received! First, the small nail file is the right size and shape. for smoothing the tips and edges of the nails. The buffer then polishes the nails to a high gloss. Mine looks so good but if you prefer to add a polish it will make your polish easier and burr free. There's a cute little thank you card inside that offers to fix something with your order ("No matter how long you've bought it, we'll fix it until you're happy"). They also have a VIP club that entitles you to a birthday gift, a monthly new product trial, and special offers. If only ALL companies would do business like this!
