Review on GenCrafts Pouring Neon Acrylic Paint by Karla Richter

Our box comes sealed with all colors and stain free. They are VERY WATER when shaken. I didn't mix with PVA glue or anything else but I used my own mixed black with them. The fills were initially GREAT, but due to their incredibly watery nature, they dried before the black I mixed myself. did what caused great madness. I have a little left and I'll probably try them again after mixing them with PVA glue to thicken them up and increase the drying time a bit, but I probably won't buy them again. 3 stars because the colors are bright and fluoresce very well.
