It will help you grow if you work hard!

I really have only positive things to say about this product. I've noticed significant muscle growth since I started a few months ago. But like any creatine product, you need to train hard to get the results you want. I'm sure there are many variables that my amateur brain doesn't really understand that have led to my progression. But I would say that I've noticed better results now than if I was using regular creatine monohydrate.
