I needed a new set of kitchen knives, so I went looking. I researched several brands, Cuisinart, Henckels, Chicago Cutlery, Faberware etc. You get the idea. I did a little research. I bought this set on a whim from a local store while letting my shopping carts and computer cool down (smh). I'm just not happy with my weight. They are ultra-light and very thin, which can lead to problems when guiding the knife. Anyway, I still have the set, but I'm looking for a replacement. All in all, I don't blame knives. They haven't rusted, stay sharp after honing and still look great. I just need a little more weight on these bad guys to feel more confident with my slicing and dicing skills. Thank you for your attention and I hope this helps someone.
