This tool helped release tension and knots in just two sessions, particularly in the right shoulder area. I've been lifting weights for over a decade and for this year I've noticed my body becoming noticeably stiffer and less flexible despite stretching daily and before/after each workout. Also, my job requires me to work long hours in front of a computer, which keeps my entire muscle chain in my right arm area (the connected tissues that connect my chest, deltoid, shoulder, scapula, and back) problematic. I felt uncomfortable no matter what position I was in; I just felt like my arm was never completely relaxed. Anyway, thought I'd give it a try before investing hundreds of dollars in exercise therapy and massage. I pressed the tool firmly into the knots and twisted a bit to release the tension. For longer muscle tissues, I pushed the instrument back and forth several times to stimulate blood flow. I did 15-20 minutes in 2 nights. When I went to work the next day, I felt physically lighter and calmer. The dull ache and stiffness in my shoulders lasted all morning. It came back later in the day after sitting in front of the computer again for several hours, but I will keep using this tool until the knots and tightness are completely gone. This can save me a lot of money in the long run, both as a resource and as a preventative tool that I use every day.
