Review on MWA Intelligence by Calvin Reynolds

The ability to integrate with the SAP ERP system. The customer service is outstanding. The support team is very knowledgeable and helpful. The product is a little buggy and needs to be upgraded. It is a little hard to navigate and sometimes it takes a few tries to get to the correct page. There are some great features that are not fully realized. I would like to see the ability to export directly to a PDF or a Microsoft Excel workbook. The ability to send the data to the customer directly. This allows the customer to have the records in their hands without having to wait for the report to be created.
