What a disappointment

I am an old man and like last time I use the computer to order medicines and supplies. I have had a Dell for many years and thought I would try the HP this time. Disappointment. It is so slow that it mostly takes many attempts to get the mouse to work. I can't say I really liked it. I know you have to get used to something new, but it hasn't gotten any better in a month.
