I am so upset with this tower heater. Heat dissipation is good! But the body of this product is made of plastic. When I turn on the convection mode, I feel like the shell is very hot and seems to be melting. Secondly, the remote control is sometimes sensitive and sometimes not. That's not very convenient. Third, it's not kid-friendly. The heat dissipation is so slow that the child at home during the game will accidentally touch the grid and get scalded. Not recommended for children under 3 years old. This product is not safe for children.
