Just got this for my 2010 Ford Escape. The fit is really good and it seems like a quality construction. Cons: The Ford Escape requires you to remove the rear seat headrests if you want to fold the seats fully. This item fastens with a strap over the headrest so when you take it off, nothing can keep it in place. We got around this by stretching the cover a bit higher and then "tucking" the material between the top of the seat and the seat cushions (which fold forward to allow the backrests to fold completely). It seems to be working for the most part. It's not the liner's fault, just wish there was another way to secure it - maybe a strap that you wrap around the back of the seat and then tighten before laying it down on a flat surface? "quilted" look. No depreciation. The simple solution is that we simply buy a piece of foam mattress topper from a discount store, cut it to fit the backrest and slip it underneath. Overall this appears to be a well made product that fits well. Time will tell if he can handle our two shepherds and a Malinois! UPDATE: I just went cross country with the one installed and it absolutely helped our two German Shepherds and a Malinois (and a Chihuahua). It survived, looks great, stayed in place and didn't break. I am very satisfied and am updating this rating to 5 stars!
