I sent the product as advertised
The carrier shipped the item as advertised (there was no delivery problem). But the monitor was not what I expected. The monitor has difficulty recognizing certain objects and text even when I've tried to adjust it. I would buy from Tigerdirect again but not any other Hyundai monitor.
