Great quality, easy install. I had purchased a 'magnetic screen door' last year from a different manufacturer and it didn't last the year. I could tell the better quality of this one just taking it out of the bag. There is a Velcro type strip that goes on all three sides of the door and screen (the old one I had was just 2" strips placed however) so the connection is good. The two panels are attached at the top, so it weights the opening well. Magnets are stronger and also well weighted. This is placed on my back sliding door which gets direct sun in the morning. I will be monitoring it to see how well the adhesive holds up over timeI had purchased this to allow the cats to go in & out as they pleased and not have to worry about insects coming into the house.
