Helps track daily water intake

I've been drinking a lot more water since I bought a 1.2 liter water bottle and now I can actually track my water intake. I've tried using smaller bottles but lost count throughout the day and the 64 ounce bottle makes it easy. BTW I have lupus so I drink lots of distilled water as I'm extremely sensitive to flash chemicals and this water bottle is helping me meet my daily water goal. The bottle looks great too!
