I was nervous about buying the wrong belt and there are no parts stores where I live. It was my first time changing the belt and I thought it would take a day but it was easy. It took longer to remove the old belt than to install the new one. The belt doesn't go around the fan blade like on most cars, otherwise it would be a real job. It took me 30-45 minutes with no rush. My truck is a classic '07 Chevy Silverado 3500 with a 6.6 engine and a 145 amp alternator.
