When I received the computer cooler I was immediately disappointed with its packaging. The box looked worn. It's worn out where it flexes, and the valve where it opens is cracked. It seemed to me that the product was returned earlier and then sent to me. Not wanting to judge a product by its packaging, I opened it up and put it under my laptop. The product seemed strong. Upon powering up, I was immediately disappointed with the amount of air being blown out by the fans. I included them all. Initially I thought the lack of airflow might be power related. I connected the charger to my phone's charging bank, which can definitely deliver more power than my computer's ports. Unfortunately, the amount of air blown out has not changed.
