Perfect replacement for our Samsung remote control. For generic it worked out of the box with no configuration required. The only notable difference is that it's a lot lighter than the big brand, but not a big deal. Was happy with such a cheap replacement. Also, I would like to note that we hated the touch remote that came with our Samsung Smart 3D TV and it broke easily and cost us $100 to replace. This is the perfect and easy to use replacement for our TV. It has all the features we need.
