Update: The seller/manufacturer has been in contact and has attempted to suggest various solutions to the issue. At one point, they even tried to blame my HDMI cable or the TV it was connected to for the problem. When I got a new computer, I usually reinstalled the operating system so that all the unwanted software that it came with was gone. After installing it, I found that Windows 10 could not detect any sound. I installed the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA), it didn't detect the sound and didn't install the audio CD. I've also googled, searched the manufacturer's website and even asked a question on the product page, but I still can't find the right driver. At the moment this machine is still silent and I can't find the sound to work. On the hardware side, it can be expanded with an optional 2.5-inch drive. It comes with an 8GB RAM slot and the RAM cannot be expanded. I assume a single RAM is enough for a low powered machine (so no DDR support). In terms of speed, it's faster than my old Chromebox, which is good. I really like the idea of a mini pc, however the manufacturer should provide all the drivers a power user needs for a clean install. Thank you for reading this review and I hope you find it helpful.
