I bought this camera without knowing if it would meet my needs. I wanted a camera on the back of my 40ft trailer to keep an eye on my horses while driving. I wasn't sure if the wireless signal would be strong enough to get from the camera (in the trailer) to the receiver/monitor (in the car). It turns out that the signal strength is excellent! I was pleasantly surprised to see that additional antennas are attached to the magnetic base in the kit in case of a weak signal. Installation was easy. It was fully installed and ready to go in less than 30 minutes. This time includes aligning the camera and reinstalling the fairing in the trailer that covers the trailer wiring. I connected the wires to the taillights so the camera is always on when the taillights are on. Will I buy this device again? Absolutely, it seems well made with robust ingredients. I am planning to add a second camera for the front box of the trailer. Great product and I'm very happy to find a use for this camera that wasn't intended for it.
