I have been working with Grom for more than two years now, mostly dealing their BI platform (Polaris). Their team is great in terms of responsiveness to our needs - they understand what we are looking at as users very well! They also seem open-minded enough about new technologies that could potentially replace polar/pipeline. We started out using Polaris but moved over from there shortly after launch due primarily because it was so buggy and had performance issues compared against other competitors' offerings such as Tableau or QlikView. The primary benefit thus far has really just being able solve business questions by connecting data together effectively through dashboards etc., which helps provide key insights into where problems exist within an organization's structure. There haven't yet proven significant downsides outside this area though some people may dislike how complex certain interfaces can be sometimes if you aren't familiar wth them straight away; however these aspects become less annoying when becoming part & parcel rather quickly once understanding becomes clear via training sessions provided upon first onboarding clients / project initiation etc.. Grom provides excellent customer support, they are very responsive to any request you may have. There is nothing really that I dislike about them. I would highly recommend using Grom for all of your software needs. We used Grom because it was an option to use since we were working in a new area. They made it easy and allowed us to grow with out them. I believe that this helped us tremendously. The people at Grom do a great job and make sure that everything runs smoothly.
