I like how it lets me know exactly where my file is at all times via email notifications. This way, no matter what time zone I am in, I always have access to information about my file. Sometimes, depending on internet connection speed, it takes awhile for emails sent through this program to arrive. If they do not arrive within a few minutes after being sent, then I would recommend contacting customer service immediately because it could mean that something went wrong during transmission.
