Since everything is becoming a router these days, I haven't had the opportunity to test the DI 704UP router. I have three of these with different printers (HP 1200 Laserjet and Samsung 1210, 1430 and 1450). I finally found something that isn't listed in any of the documentation for these products. As with the Linksys Print Server PSU S4, you will face the same inconveniences with D Link: try not to turn them off. If this happens, try turning it back on in the order listed, first the print server and then the printer so that the USB port status light is green. The print server also worked very well. I've been using the web interface and it seems to have the same functionality as my Linksys router, but who knows. I bought it for the price and I have no regrets as I don't have to turn on the computers for the remote user to use the printer. If it wasn't for a line back issue I would have given it 5 stars. for the print server.
