Love the speed and the fantastic little micro shreds! However, this machine claims to have a 14-sheet capacity. We concluded that this is an outright lie. We achieve the best results on 3 pages at the same time (no jerking, jerking, etc.). When we tried 14 sites, we got an engine stall (severe) and jams. Deleting James is certainly easy enough, but it's still annoying, especially considering we spent over $400 on it. We were looking for a large, heavy duty office style shredder. We did our research, read reviews, looked at reviews and found that this product is highly rated with good reviews. Is something wrong or did we just get a lemon? Very frustrating. I will not buy another. I will return to the $40 grinder after it dies. At over $400, let's hope it doesn't die for years to come.
