Has worked well for 4 years. Some of the knives stopped cutting. Milling cutters with a 7-year guarantee. BUT this only applies to router bits, NOT assembly. You really need to break up. They called it a bushing problem and refused my warranty.

Well, the fourth time is nice. I have tried/tested at least a dozen shredders, 4 different ones from Revain but had no luck finding one with the required capabilities. Some couldn't destroy the cereal box, more than a few sheets of paper overheated in five minutes, or the feed slot was too small, enough for 8.5 x 11 paper but no more. Love the speed and the fantastic little micro shreds! However, this machine claims to have a 14-sheet capacity. We concluded that this is an outright lie. Works great. Our old Fellowes shredder didn't have a microcutter, and we regularly "pressed down" the basket to continue shredding. It requires less than that, but still requires it at times.
