Product looks good, folds well and is just what I needed for our RV with induction hob. 10" pans work fine, 8" pans just turn off the stove with an error message that says "Pots and pans are not compatible with induction cooktops:! I tried to contact the seller but nobody can answer the call! Multiple emails to the address provided, no reply. Worst of all I received an email from a certain Michelle who wanted a good review for the product and said she wasn't happy until I was! I had to email her when I had a problem. I sent her several messages, NOTHING! I was very happy with the product but they left me no choice but to return the product. Buyer beware!
