Great product, works perfectly. Even a heavy phone like the Google Pixel 4XL with its dual-layer body is light and strong. Charging works very well but requires the included USB-C cable. I tried with a third party cable, the charging kept turning on and off. The phone holder is automatic and motorized, with an internal battery that allows you to attach and detach the phone even when the power is disconnected from the socket. It is controlled by a micro switch under the phone (to lock) and a touch sensor behind the phone to unlock. This touch sensor can be accidentally triggered while driving if a person tries to tamper with the phone, so it is better to follow safety rules and not touch the phone while driving. The device looks good, is unobtrusive and very durable compared to cheap plastic holders. which lose their hold after a few days. The screw on this handle is high quality metal not plastic so I hope it will last a long time. Basically a very good device. I am happy to own it.
