I have been using Norelco triple head electric shavers for decades. The last one I got was one of their cheaper models and I didn't like it from day one. It didn't give me a close shave and my skin felt uncomfortable after shaving. Finally I decided to try something new. After a few hours of research, I decided to give this device a try. I can only say wow! I am really impressed. It gives me a really close shave for a fraction of the cost of Norelco. It took my face a week or two to get used to it. So if it's uncomfortable at first, stick with it. I really LOVE the digital battery gauge. My cheap Norelco didn't have a battery indicator and I never knew when it would run out. It seems I can last a couple of weeks between charges with this device. When it needs charging, it charges very quickly. My Norelco charges all day. This one does it in less than an hour. Finally, the whole device just feels like a quality product. It feels very good in the hand and is sturdy and comes in a smart box with a plastic cap for the heads and a silk pouch for storage. The only thing I would have liked would have been a wall charger. It comes with a USB cable, but you have to use your own USB charger to charge it (I use my phone charger). Not sure why they made it cheaper but I didn't have enough negativity to downgrade a star. Highly recommended!
