Update after 2 months of using Phisco: I'm still thrilled. Some of the negative reviews may have come from people making the switch from a knife to an electric one. I switched many years ago. The electric will never be that close, but it's much more convenient. Every time I use my Phisco I'm reminded of how terrible my Norleco and Remington used to be.
