I like that this integrates other products for ease of use, but it could also benefit from better support at lower price points as well (we're looking in particular towards mid-level customers). There are more expensive solutions out there - what we offer is good enough if budget permits; however our users love having one place where they go just because its secure. We've seen an uptick across all segments with ECG approval levels exceeding 95%. The software is very easy to use, it's intuitive and the customer support team is always available for any kind of help. The software has some bugs that need to be fixed, sometimes the system freezes or crashes. I would recommend this software to anyone who wants an excellent tool to manage their catalogs. We are using this software to manage our catalogs and we have been able to reduce costs by 30%.
